Cookie Policy
Effective August 12, 2026
This policy explains how ProdigyLabs.ai, a Wyoming corporation ("Prodigy Labs", "we", "us"), uses cookies and similar storage technologies on our Services, and the choices you have. Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect more broadly; our Terms of Use govern your use of the Services.
1. What are cookies, and what does this policy cover?
Cookies are small pieces of text a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits. This policy also covers similar technologies we use for the same purposes — browser local storage and session storage. It applies to the Prodigy Labs app and website, including our sign-in pages.
2. Why do we use cookies?
We use a small, deliberate set of cookies. Every category below exists to run the service you asked for — none of them track you across other websites.
Authentication. Sign-in session cookies keep you logged in as you move through the Services, so you do not have to enter your password on every page. These are set by our sign-in service when you authenticate.
Security and integrity. Cookies that protect your account and our Services — for example, tokens that prevent request forgery and help us detect suspicious sign-in activity.
Preferences and features. Cookies and local storage that remember choices you make, such as your language, interface settings, and device permissions you have granted (like microphone access), so conversations start without re-asking.
Performance. Short-lived cookies that keep a live conversation session connected to the right servers, so voice and video streams stay smooth.
Payments. When you subscribe, our payment processor sets cookies on its checkout pages to process your payment securely and prevent fraud.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics cookies that profile you across the web.
3. Where do we use cookies?
Only on our own Services: the Prodigy Labs app and website, and our sign-in pages. We do not place cookies on other companies' websites, and other companies do not place tracking cookies on ours.
4. Do other companies use cookies on our Services?
One category: our payment processor uses cookies during checkout to complete your subscription securely. It acts as a service provider for the payment — not as an advertiser — and its cookies are governed by its own policy, linked at checkout. There are no advertising networks or cross-site trackers on the Services.
5. How can you control cookies?
Your browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies in its settings, and you can clear local storage the same way. Two things to know:
- Blocking essential cookies (authentication and security) means you will not be able to sign in or keep a session open — the Services cannot work without them.
- Deleting preference cookies resets choices like language and microphone permission, which you can simply grant again.
Because we do not use advertising cookies, there is no ad-tracking to opt out of. Questions about this policy: contact@prodigylabs.ai.
