Privacy Policy

Effective August 12, 2026

This policy explains what information ProdigyLabs.ai, a Wyoming corporation ("Prodigy Labs", "we", "us"), collects when you use our Services, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Our Terms of Use govern your use of the Services; our Cookie Policy covers cookies and similar technologies. The Services are for adults — we do not direct them to, or knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.

1. What information do we collect?

Account information. Your name, email address, password credentials, language, and subscription plan.

Conversations. What you say to mentors, by voice or text, and what mentors say back — including transcriptions of your speech.

Conversation memory. With your knowledge, we distill conversations into a memory that gives mentors continuity: topics you have discussed, preferences you have expressed, and goals you are working toward. You can see all of it in Settings.

Voice characteristics. To keep your account secure, we process characteristics of your voice to verify that the person speaking on your account is you. These characteristics are used for verification only.

Payment information. Handled by our payment processor; we receive your plan, billing status, and partial card details — never your full card number.

Device and usage information. Browser type, app version, IP address, and basic records of how the Services perform — connection quality, feature usage, and errors.

2. How do we use your information?

We do not use your information to sell advertising, and we do not sell your personal data — the Services are funded by subscriptions.

3. How is your information shared?

Not with advertisers. There are none on the Services.

Not with the experts mentors are styled after. Mentors are AI. Your conversations are not shared with the real people whose expertise inspired them.

With service providers. Companies that help us run the Services under contract — cloud hosting, real-time voice and video infrastructure, and payment processing. They may process your information only to provide their service to us.

For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or where necessary to prevent serious harm, as described in Section 7.

4. How can you manage, export, or delete your information?

From Settings you can review and delete individual conversation memories or all of them, export a copy of your data, and delete your account. Deleting your account removes your information from our systems; deletion propagates fully within 90 days. Voice-verification characteristics are deleted with the account.

5. How long do we keep information?

For as long as your account is active, and only as long as we need it: conversation memory until you delete it, operational logs for a limited period, and billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. When you delete your account, Section 4's timelines apply.

6. How do we protect and transfer information?

Information is encrypted in transit, access is restricted inside Prodigy Labs, and our systems are operated in the United States. If you use the Services from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States with the safeguards described in this policy.

7. How do we respond to legal requests and prevent harm?

We may access, preserve, and share information in response to a valid legal request — a warrant, court order, or subpoena — or where we believe in good faith it is necessary to prevent fraud, abuse of the Services, or imminent harm to a person.

8. How will you know this policy has changed?

If we make material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before they take effect, the same way our Terms of Use are updated. The latest version always appears on this page.
